Welcome to your ultimate family retreat in Davenport, Florida! Located just 20 minutes from the magic of Disney World, our newly renovated vacation home is designed to give families the perfect place to relax, recharge, and create lasting memories.

The spacious 1444-square-foot home offers a light-filled, open layout with a family room, living room, and dining area — all tastefully decorated with a tropical, family-friendly vibe. You’ll love the new modern kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need for cooking family meals, from new stainless steel appliances to gorgeous quartz countertops and sleek cabinets.

Our kids' room is truly one of a kind, with a Disney castle-themed twin bunk bed, complete with two kids' cots, a pack-and-play with padded mattress, blackout curtains, and sound machines to help your little ones sleep peacefully after a fun day.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a giant soaking tub in the ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed for your convenience. Both bathrooms are newly renovated and include both a shower and a tub.

For families traveling with work needs, there’s an office area with a desk, computer, printer, and high-speed internet. And if you need a bit of extra comfort, relax on our American Leather furniture or kick back in the lazyboy recliners.

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and well-equipped.
