The spacious 1444-square-foot home offers a light-filled, open layout with a family room, living room, and dining area — all tastefully decorated with a tropical, family-friendly vibe. You’ll love the new modern kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need for cooking family meals, from new stainless steel appliances to gorgeous quartz countertops and sleek cabinets.

When it's time to relax, step outside and enjoy the private 1500-square-foot screened pool and lanai. Surrounded by lush palm trees, the pool area features a hammock, pool floats, and plenty of space for the whole family to unwind. Whether you're soaking up the sun or enjoying a dip in the pool, this is the perfect space for relaxation.

Our kids' room is truly one of a kind, with a Disney castle-themed twin bunk bed, complete with two kids' cots, a pack-and-play with padded mattress, blackout curtains, and sound machines to help your little ones sleep peacefully after a fun day.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a giant soaking tub in the ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed for your convenience. Both bathrooms are newly renovated and include both a shower and a tub. For larger families, the sofa pulls out to a king-size, memory foam sleeper sofa that is incredibly comfortable.

For families traveling with work needs, there’s an office area with a desk, computer, printer, and high-speed internet. And if you need a bit of extra comfort, relax on our American Leather furniture or kick back in the lazyboy recliners.
